Meet Addison
We found this 2 to 3 week old kitten in our yard. On Oct 15th 2003 during game 7.
We first herd it cry during game 6, 7th inning. It took a day to track him down.
What turned out to be a real bad day for the Cubs was a real good day for Addison. |

Meet Clark
This one was left in a flower pot next to our front door on Nov. 3rd 2003.
Must have been from the same litter. We have never seen any others. Not sure how
this one got in the pot. But he has been good for Addison. |

We are just having a little fun on the lava

And a joyous good morning from the cold and rainy
armpit of the heartland !
Construction has begun on several expressways,
making for interminable delays and the sound of
cursing and gunfire throughout the morning drive.
The ice on Lake Michigan has melted freeing the bodies
of several winos that can be seen bobbing merrily off Oak Street Beach.
AAh..can the smell of rotting
alewives be far behind !!! And so, as the sun rises from behind the dormant
steel mills reflected on the chemical streaked waters
of scenic Lake Calumet,
we prepare ourselves for yet another glorious day in the shadow of the city
that works......thanks honey...better make the next one Decaf !
